Hyperledger India Chapter was first conceptualized in 2018 and brought into force in 2019 January. The primary focus for the Chapter has been to achieve more contributions back to Hyperledger. The chapter organized multiple events in 2020, noteworthy ones are Blockchain Stories 2020, Blockchain Techfest 2020. The goal has always been to connect community in India with rest of the folks in Hyperledger. The chapter grew to greater heights in 2020. Few of the activities that chapter members participate are language translation, SIG meetings, regular meetups, national level events.
