In fact, the user documents are the first material when they touch a project. Only after in-depth use can they look at the code to understand the implementation principle. Therefore, the user documents determine whether your project will attract more users.

On the other hand, the internet has narrowed the global distance, but language is the biggest obstacle to our communication, so the internationalization of documents is becoming more and more important. Generally speaking, many project use English to write relevant documents, but 80% of the people in the world are not native English speakers, so having multilingual documents will attract more users for a project.
