Andrew is the lead architect in partnership with Softhread for the ongoing implementation, deployment and operationalization of the University of Maryland, Baltimore County's research into informed consent blockchain technology. He is well-versed in highly regulated systems, specifically in federal information systems security and is a regular contributor to open source security standards. Andrew has worked in multiple capacities as both a consultant and technical sales engineer at Microsoft and has experience in high-growth startups having previously led the federal sales engineering team at Docker.
