Dongcheng Lin, the general manager of E-House Tianji Blockchain Center and former Chief Architect of Shanda Group. 

He has 18 years of working experiences, and over 10 years of experiences as a technical expert in the Internet finance and real estate transaction systems.

Dongcheng Lin has been responsible for the research and development of blockchain real estate applications since 2017. In 2019, he launched an inventory asset management platform —— CAIC (China Asset Information Circle), which is the first blockchain application in the real estate in China. In 2020, he launched EBaaS（Estate Blockchain as a Service). He makes outstanding contributions to the development of E-House.
